Who it's for
The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro is Roborock's top Qrevo model for 2026, and it is the pick for a household that wants one robot to handle carpet, hard floor, door thresholds and mop care without help. Three facts make the case. Vacuum Wars places it third on its Top 20 list, updated September 24, 2026, above every other Roborock and every Dreame. It has the highest rated suction in our comparison at 36,000 Pa. And its dock is the most complete one here: it washes the pads in water heated to 212°F, dries them with 131°F air, doses detergent, refills the robot with warm water and empties the bin into a bag Roborock rates for up to 65 days.
It suits mid-size and larger homes with a mix of rugs and hard floors, raised transitions between rooms and low furniture. If your floors are usually clear of small objects, it is the safest all-round choice on our list of robot vacuum and mop combos.
What stands out
The chassis. AdaptiLift 3.0 raises the body to cross a 1.77 in (45 mm) single step or a 3.46 in (88 mm) two-step threshold, according to Roborock's spec page. On carpet up to 1.81 in thick the robot can leave its pads at the dock and run vacuum-only, so rugs never meet a damp mop. The LiDAR turret retracts into the shell, which lets a 3.14 in tall robot slide into 3.13 in gaps under sofas and beds that block turret-topped rivals.
The dock. Boiling-point mop washing separates the Roborock and the Dreame from the two eufy robots in this group. Hot water loosens grease and dried residue that a warm rinse leaves in the fibers, and the 131°F drying cycle keeps the pads from souring between runs. Roborock adds a dirt sensor that rewashes until the rinse water runs clear, a self-cleaning cycle for the wash tray and automatic detergent dosing. The dock is large at 15.83 x 19.45 x 17.72 in, so plan a wall spot with clear floor in front of it.
Edge reach. A FlexiArm Arc side brush swings outward at corners and the mop system extends toward baseboards. House Digest's reviewer, writing on September 25, 2026, found it ran tight against walls, pulled cat litter and hair off short-pile rugs without trouble, and was quiet enough that the household cat stayed curious rather than fleeing.
Obstacle sensing combines the retractable LiDAR with structured light, an RGB camera and VertiBeam side sensors, and Roborock says the system recognizes more than 300 object types. The robot supports Matter, multi-level maps and a built-in voice assistant, and Vacuum Wars' launch report lists a 256-minute maximum runtime, the longest figure in this group.
Where it falls short
Evidence. As of late September 2026 Vacuum Wars had published a launch report but not a full lab review, so we cannot quote carpet deep-clean, dried-stain or obstacle-course numbers the way we can for the other three picks. The third-place ranking is real; the individual test scores behind it are not public yet. If you want a robot with a complete published record, the Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete has one.
Small objects. House Digest found the robot detects furniture, people and pets well but has trouble seeing low-lying items such as toys and pet supplies, which it tends to push around the room. The eufy Omni S2 avoided all 24 objects in Vacuum Wars' course, so if clutter is your main problem, that is the better buy.
Mopping limits. The same reviewer noted the microfiber pads lose their moisture partway through a run, so heavily soiled floors need repeat passes. This is a maintenance mopper with strong dock hygiene, not a scrubber.
How it compares
Against the Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete, the two are close on paper: the same 3.13 in clearance, the same 45 mm and 88 mm threshold ratings, boiling-point pad washing on both. The Dreame has a bigger 3.2 L bag rated for 100 days, a second detergent tank for a pet-odor formula and published scores of 100 percent on pet hair and 22 of 24 obstacles avoided. The Roborock has slightly more rated suction and a longer runtime figure, and House Digest did not report the water consumption or pad detachment that Android Authority raised about the Dreame.
Against the eufy Omni S2, the Roborock climbs higher thresholds and washes hotter, while the eufy has the better obstacle record and a roller mop that is rinsed with clean water as it works. Against Roborock's own Qrevo Edge 2, which ranks eleventh on the same list, the 3 Pro adds suction and a chassis rated for 45 mm steps where Vacuum Wars' Roborock guide lists the Edge 2 at 20 mm.

| Mop wash and drying | Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro: 212°F wash, 131°F warm-air drying | Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete: 212°F wash through 20 nozzles, hot-air drying (temperature not published) |
| Detergent tanks | Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro: One, auto-dosed | Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete, better: Two: floor cleaner and pet-odor formula Better |
| Runtime and coverage | Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro, better: 256 min rated (Vacuum Wars launch report); coverage not yet measured Better | Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete: 180 min rated; about 950 sq ft per charge and 0.64 sq m/min at Vacuum Wars, both below average |
Bottom line. Buy the Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro for a large mixed-floor home with rugs and thresholds, where its longer runtime, carpet-only mode and higher Vacuum Wars rank matter more than bag life. Buy the Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete for a pet household on hard floors that wants the 100-day bag, the pet-odor detergent tank and a fully published test record, and can live with more frequent water refills.
Verdict
Buy the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro if you have a mid-size or large home with thresholds, low furniture and mostly tidy floors, and you want the dock to handle mop hygiene with hot water. Skip it if cables and toys litter your floors, where the eufy Omni S2 is safer, or if you want the longest interval between bag changes and a pet-odor detergent, where the Dreame wins. For most households in between, it is the most balanced robot in this comparison.
